I have live here since May 2017 in Landmark Apartment on Spring Cypress Rd, and on Wednesday August 17th between 9pm and 4:30am my 2019 black Nissan Murano was stolen out of the parking lot. I called the police about 4:40 and they came out and took my information and said when the front office open please ask if they have cameras. When the office open up that morning at 9am my husband and I went to the front office and reported that our vehicle was stolen and ask if they could look at the camera; they stated they don't have cameras up front but only on the swimming pool. I was so hurt that they didn't have cameras watching who come in and out these apartments. I ask them where is the security she said they only come on weekends. I called the Corporate office twice and left a message and I never heard anything from them. You would think they care enough about there tenants but I see not. My husband and I work hard and are good tenants and I wanted you all to know please don't keep anything in your cars because you never know who watching and coming in and out those gates. It's quiet here but crime is everywhere. Please be safe and watch your surroundings.

We've lived here for almost 5 years now. Management and maintenance have always been prompt to reply and assist. The pool area is always taken care of, although it can be loud and crowded despite multiple messages sent out to residents. Landscaping and grounds are kept up, and they keep up with routine pest control and fire alarms as well. We're going to renew our lease as it's the best deal around and haven't had any real big issues.
