Do not live here. I lived in this apartment in 2017 and had zero issues. But when I came home from the military this past year and moved in I've had nothing but the opposite. Within my one year lease that is about to be completed I've had these issues: Firstly, My Vehicle was stolen within the first 3 months of my lease. Secondly, My mother in laws truck was ransacked that same month. Thirdly, My Wife's friend was chased into our apartment when coming to visit by another tenant that was intoxicated. Now, after just putting in our 60 day notice to move out; our A/C Unit has gone out so our apartment now sits at a nice warm 86 degrees. We have a 6 Month old daughter that obviously cannot live in an apartment at that temperature. But we were told they would have to replace both the external and internal unit, which both units would not arrive for 2-3 weeks. After relocating my wife and children to somewhere livable. I've been staying here by myself because they installed a portable A/C unit that kept the apartment at 76 for three days before starting to trip the breaker. Looking forward to seeing what excuse they have on Monday when I call them to yet again request to be let out of our lease. Side note: The maintenance team is great, BUT there's only two of them for the whole complex and have told me they have no intentions of hiring more any time soon.

Building 4 here! Love it here! Any small issues we’ve ever had were taken care of right away! Office staff is super nice and helpful, the maintenance crew here is awesome! They keep the pool and grill area clean, lawn always kept neat! We’ve sign are lease for the third time, no complaints here! Don’t let some bad apples stop you from considering moving here! (I’ve attached some photos to show off our beautiful view!!)

Very easy to navigate around especially when your delivering food to a customer. Very clean nice looking apartments, def a great place to raise a family. In a great location close to 99 toll and right up the street from Old Town Tomball.

Yeah parking sucks! The Office personnel act fu ally told me that parking is first come first serve. Ok but how is that even fair to anyone who doesn't get home from work until after 8 or 9pm? Guess they get to walk EVERY NIGHT??? Then she told.me if there were no spots inside the gate she suggested I park outside the gate on the side street. WAIT WHAT???? I pay rent to live and park in a gated complex and you basically tell me "oh well", park outside the gate? To top it off now everyone is parking in handicap spots illegally, so when I get home there is no where for me to park LEGALLY, as I AM handicapped and can't walk very far. This is utterly ridiculous! And don't bother calling the tow service as they are useless, always have a reason they can't do the job they are contracted to do! I will be contacting the corporate office and letting them know what a piss poor job the management team is doing and how I was treated.
It is TOTALLY a college dorm. This is the worst. When we first moved in, it was a very nice & quiet complex. Now I’m up half the night putting my 5 month old BACK to sleep because he gets woken up at least twice a night thanks to noise. The college kids are super disrespectful & the staff isn’t doing a damn thing about it.
