Although I was recuperating the new strain of Covid and maintenance was unable to enter my apartment, they delivered my new a/c filter outside my door. The management is outstanding!

Hello Billie, Yes they all have balconies. One bedrooms from 1400. to 1900. Two bedroom from 1950 to 2300. We are a senior community that caters to 55 and over independent living. Great place to live stop by someday
