For me and my memaw it took us a few months but at the most 2 or 3 months and no there isn't any hook ups or patios just a front porch

We do go by income ! And we do have 2bedrooms but they only have one bathroom
These apartments are based on your income. So the prices vary.
These apartments are always full. You have to come in and put in an application. Theres a waiting list.
