Yeah parking sucks! The Office personnel act fu ally told me that parking is first come first serve. Ok but how is that even fair to anyone who doesn't get home from work until after 8 or 9pm? Guess they get to walk EVERY NIGHT??? Then she told.me if there were no spots inside the gate she suggested I park outside the gate on the side street. WAIT WHAT???? I pay rent to live and park in a gated complex and you basically tell me "oh well", park outside the gate? To top it off now everyone is parking in handicap spots illegally, so when I get home there is no where for me to park LEGALLY, as I AM handicapped and can't walk very far. This is utterly ridiculous! And don't bother calling the tow service as they are useless, always have a reason they can't do the job they are contracted to do! I will be contacting the corporate office and letting them know what a piss poor job the management team is doing and how I was treated.
Parking is bad at every building. We have one building where a person has multiple cars and lives alone. We thought there was a limit of cars per unit, but we were wrong. This person runs a car dealership it seems, a new round of cars weekly. Also, someone else has all his discount tire buddies over nightly, we only know this because they come on their uniforms. Parking should be for residents only and there should be a limit.
I can’t even get a car port because they’re all taken by my building. I really hope they do something about it, even if it means assigned spaces...
Thank God I just moved back home with my folks so I won't have to deal with that garbage parking paying hard working money to live in a complex to walk from the front to the back no thanks
I just pay for a car port and not worry, but I agree parking has been getting bad. My son gets off at 11pm and he has had difficulty finding parking a few times. Ive seen a few people moving in and theres definitely been a few parties. I was kept up friday night till 3am 😒😒😒
It's always worse on the weekend. Additionally, we have had some new move in's and I suspect a few parties. There are a lot of vehicles I dont recognize.
Yup! Some nights parking isn't bad.. but most nights it can be a nightmare.
there were only handi cap spaces left last night we live all the way in the back bilding and my hubs car got towed...and not only that but it all the way off pinemont and bingle...I'm just curious how they ended up in our complex ...i am not sure if someone called them to come tow us or if they just helped themselves in bc our gate is broken yet again.
