It's a really nice apartment complex, it's got a park, it had a pond, but it's all dried up. Other then that it's a really nice complex.

I haven't even lived here a month. I have had to fill out multiple maintenance request to bring everything in my apartment to working order, mainly the plumbing. So far, every time I receive an email saying the work was completed, I get home and no work was done and nothings fixed. So apparently my options are to not pay my rent and use the money for a down payment somewhere else or fix the issues myself. Great job guys! Sad really....

Management is absolute trash. Maintenance people are incredibly rude and also racist. Management won't honor ANY request you make for Maintenance or neighbor complaints. I had BLACK MOLD in the ceiling of my bathroom and we had to FORCE them to fix. My front door lock was falling off, my sliding glass door didn't lock, my bedroom windows didn't lock and all they did was put new plywood over the existing damaged wood to "fix it". Neighbors are INCREDIBLY loud and disrespectful not mention zero parking in the ENTIRE complex, they do this so youll pay for a covered spot. If you have kids STAY AWAY!! MULTIPLE ABDUCTIONS HAVE HAPPENED AT THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX!! go else where, any where is better for what your getting here.
