Been living here for going on 5 years and absolutely love it. It's quite here. Tenants are friendly, BUT the new manager is so nosey she peaked her head in my back balcony well I was sitting outside what happened to our Privacy Rights ? Summer is very well missed here at pinewood apartments as a manger she always did what a Manger is supposed to do make sure her tenants were safe with security and stood on top of her maintenance request and Always doing Raffles, give aways and haves a beautiful spirit full of joy always with a smile... The online application process was convenient and simple, and the managers were very helpful. Pinewood Place also offers a 6-month lease, which can be difficult to find at other apartment complexes in the area.

Submission of the following documentation: -Income verification - A minimum of two (2) years of verifiable employment or source of Income (pay stubs, W-2s, etc.): -Gross monthly income must be 2.5 times the rent -Income must be verifiable from its source in writing for the last thirty (30) days. -Gross monthly income for all leaseholders is combined. -Income received annually will be averaged over 12 months. 5.
