Submission of the following documentation: -Income verification - A minimum of two (2) years of verifiable employment or source of Income (pay stubs, W-2s, etc.): -Gross monthly income must be 2.5 times the rent -Income must be verifiable from its source in writing for the last thirty (30) days. -Gross monthly income for all leaseholders is combined. -Income received annually will be averaged over 12 months. 5. For disabled individuals with special needs, United Development Group, Inc. allows the existing premises to be modified at the full and complete expense of the disabled person under the following conditions: •Present reasonable details regarding the extent of the work to be done including architectural plans. •Acquire appropriate building permits. •Provide names of qualified, licensed and insured contractors who will perform the work. •The premises must be restored to the pre-modification condition at the expense of the resident. •Written approval must be obtained from the Owner before any modifications are performed.
