i was there for around one year.. they don’t care about anyone’s problem . if you have any problem with your room mate they will never come and see who is the real problem there .they will just give priority whoever can write an email nicely . i moved out last month second week ,still they are playing with my Security deposit . be very carefu from this apartment .highly dissatisfy . 👎👎

Good amenities and fun community events every once in awhile. Maybe cleaning up the apartment better would be nice before I moved in, there was hair and dust all on the floorboards and carpet, and mold in the toilet.

If I could I would give this place a zero I would!!! Please put yourself in another location to live in. This apartment has the worst management!!! No communication between staff and or the residents. The place itself has a fire every month with flooding and roaches everywhere. Not to mention bedbugs and not up to date inspections that would be denied by the city. It’s a safety hazard everywhere you go. Trash and glass up and down the halls and stairways. And don’t even get me started with trying to move out. The move out process they make it the hardest process ever. I signed over my lease to a now resident and they moved her into another unit without informing me of anything. I called many times confirming my move out and I was confirmed many times that I am good to go yet I was contacted months later asking for rent. If I would of know for the room change I would of gotten someone new into my apartment but I was never informed so now I am being charged for a room I don’t reside in and electricity that I didn’t even use. Not to mention that we are being overcharged for electricity compared to everyone else in Fresno. WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX EVER! Please go some here where they will actually respect you!
