Super late review, but was feeling nostalgic. Lived here for about 2.5 years while I was going to Fresno State. Overall the interior is nothing special, but it’s decent and the 1 bedroom Plan is a great size for one person. Overall most of the neighbors were pretty quiet, and the walls are not very thin so you don’t really hear your neighbors unless they are LOUD people. I had my mail broken into once, so if that happens to you and you complain it’s not even worth it. Just have your mail forwarded to a family member if you can. Other than that, staff was helpful. I dealt with Nancy the most and she was very kind and professional, so shout out to her! The neighborhood is not so safe at night, even heard gunshots which resulted in a double Homicide down the street near Fresno State. Seen some shady people in the parking as well, but I tried not to go out late too much. If you do, just run fast from your car to your apartment. Ceiling leaked a couple times from the rain. Other than that, no huge issues. It was my first place to myself and it got the job done. Just know it’s not the nicest and newest but if you’re a college student who needs a decent roof over their head then this is the best way to go 👍🏽

I don’t have a single positive thing to say about living here except for the month to month rent (which has increased twice since I’ve been here) The complex is dirty and is rarely ever cleaned, the A/C constantly breaks, pools dirty and green, and our packages are constantly stolen. I’d avoid living here if you can. Yeah, the complex is in a convenient location but that’s it.

I was a tenant for a year and a half or so. The rent was increased twice during that period. The complex is an eye sore. There was a tree that tipped over and hit a parking structure. It took north park at least three months to pick up and clean the area. There is currently a second tree that tipped over and is still there. It’s been months. I now live at woodside next to north park. A tree tipped over and it was removed/cleaned that same week. The rent is month to month but expect rent increases. It’s right across from Fresno state so it’s very tempting to move in. I may be wrong but the owners of the complex are from LA. They are interested in doing minimal work. There are a ton of apartment complexes like them around who take advantage of people. If you move in I’m sure it’ll be because of excruciating circumstances like me.

Move here if you like roaches. I was here for 2 months and they could not get rid of the roaches.
