I have am elderly diabled walker/wheelchair bound relative that Sunset Sands put on the second floor whom has fallen down the starirs on more than two occassions and they stillhave not given her a Ground unit in over five years plus demanda more money alongar with a seconda deposit

The apartment over all is not bad, surprisingly it’s very quiet, good neighbors. The manager is very sweet and nice, caring and does what is needed, I’ve been living here for about 3 months now and im impressed, place is kept clean all around the property, a lot of parking space, has a decent pool, the layout is pretty nice as well, over all apartment complex and every thing i give it a 8.7/10
