The only reason you move here should be temporary. Don't fall for their sweet talk. "Oh we like you. You're better than our other tenants" . Is the ponds crystal blue like they say? 0 parking spots. And I'm just visiting! The parking spots with no garages are all assigned! That's got to be illegal. How can you even have guests over if your guests cant park anywhere? Limiting your rights!

I have rented apartments for 20 years and am truly astonished at the low quality of the maintenance, management, and communication at this apartment complex. I echo the complaints made by other tenants - cockroaches abound, and management has a disproportionately calm response - that I can call them each week to request a pest spray. (Most properties enlist proactive pest prevention, with no need for tenant requests). Outdoor spaces are poorly maintained - trash, furniture and broken glass pile up and are not touched for months. Maintenance requests are inconvenient - it requires several emails or phone calls to get someone to come address an issue, and the standard of work is very low (i.e., sink still leaks but maintenance says that's the best they can do). Every advertisement for the property boasts "3 sparkling pools", which tenants are locked out of. (See other reviews - 2022 is the 4th summer, at least, with restricted access). Office staff have very little power and poor communication skills. I had several issues upon move-in - promises made by the leasing person but not fulfilled - and the customer service was horrific (i.e. never received an apology that I had to move to another unit, or that appliances were missing for 6 weeks).
