Yes VERY money hungery AND rude the maintainance people seem to just sit around watching people talking. The second ANYTHING happens with you not only are ALL of their eyes on you so is their judgment. TREES FALLING. AND RENT ISNT WORTH IT.
The photos look appealing unlike many Rhee places. Would you recommend?
