Payment of a non-refundable screening fee of up to $45 per adult via online prospect portal or in the form of a cashier’s check or money order. 3. Payment of the security deposit or minimum holding deposit via online prospect portal or in the form of cashier’s checks or money order. 4. Submission of the following documentation: -Income verification - A minimum of two (2) years of verifiable employment or source of Income (pay stubs, W-2s, etc.): -Gross monthly income must be 2.5 times the rent -Income must be verifiable from its source in writing for the last thirty (30) days. -Gross monthly income for all leaseholders is combined. -Income received annually will be averaged over 12 months. 5. The price varies and it is gated, security patrols often and if they are needed they respond quickly.
