The management in the office are unprofessional and illiterate. They have no sense of urgency, commitment or time management. I called right now to get an update on my application and Michelle just hung up on me. I dealt with Ana first but she just passed me on to Michelle who doesn’t even know her stuff. This people are a waste of my time and money.

If i can give this 0 stars i would, this place gives you the run arounds!!!! we applied back in decemeber 2021 they told us our apartment would be ready on February 18th when that day came we were on our way to the apartments to sign the lease etc and I gave them a call to let them know we were running 5 mins late and the girl who picked up the phone didn’t even know what was going on she said there was no apartment ready! after that it was all a mess they didn’t know when our apartment would be ready, we were so frustrated already we told them we did not want it anymore. Til this day we are fighting to get our $750 deposit back!! Does anybody know who we can contact that’s higher than management?

Never fix the pot holes all around the apartments, pool has been closed for 3 years now , fence dont work ... the sign in the front has been ripped up forever now , and made us drive to the post office for almost a year because they didnt wanna pay to fix the mailbox and was fighting the post office to pay for it even tho their tenants broke it 2 times .... and they have so much grass they can easily build a playground...if they’re not gonna open the pool again

I was moved here in 2019, on that time things are little bit good, now completely worst. If you planing to move here remember few things:- a) They take one to two month fix any repair/problem of your apartment unit. b) All kind of Roaches, RAT’s (specially roof rats) and Ant’s common in units. c) Worst part of this place is Management they don’t care after you get in contract. They can delay your repairs as long as you aren’t frustrated and but you can’t delay payment. d) No swimming pool open from long time like four years. e) (Midnight raining shower is common ) They have sprinklers auto on around midnight and most of them are broken working like fountains.
