I am a security guards at the Crossroads and I love my job. The staff there are their for you. They turned this place into housing for the homeless trying to help them get back on their feet. Now don't get me wrong they do have problems that is out of their control. They have certain individuals that go on the property break in rooms, the storage rooms and vandalizes the place. I know first hand that the staff are doing everything they can to see that the residents are safe and comfortable. Me being the security guard that works on site a long with my colleagues we do what we can and to some it's not enough and to others they are thankful that we are there we do what we to see that the property and residents are safe while being face with the possibility of being shot, stabbed or jumped. I love my job and if we can make one person feel safer then we can make a lot feel the same way.

You start by going to a homeless shelter.
Yes they do they also come with a small refrigerator, a microwave, and an electric two burner hot plate. They also come with a 2 in person kitchen table and a to large Cal. King size bed
You have to go to one of the homeless shelters they work with. Poverello House and Fresno Rescue Mission ive been told. But im getting the run around. Your case manager at the shelter would, after a short time, refer you to them. Its a process.
