Mark is rude and spies on you!! Horrible manager, he doesn’t do anything about complaints to the point where you don’t even want to talk to him. I’ve felt harassed even though I specifically haven’t broke any rules. I moved out and I’m done with this place. RUN FOR THE HILLS. Also make sure to read your lease because he likes to bend it to his liking!!! Besides management area is quiet besides the neighborhoods surrounding the area. Homeless are squatting in front of the apartment complex. No deposit return. Ridiculous. If you can afford somewhere a little better I say go for that.

Lived here over 25 years and have seen apartment managers come and go. Since 1998 though, one manager has stayed and had transformed this apartment complex from trashy to a nice place to live. If you don't follow the rules, you're evicted. You cannot squat here. You have to pay your rent ON TIME. You have to keep your apartment clean and you have to notify the management of mold, roaches and leaks; you must change your filter and keep the batteries working in your detectors; don't flush diapers, paper towels and items that don't belong in the toilet then gripe the plumbing is backed up. Not rocket science. Take responsibility and call the police if your neighbor is loud or hoarding. If you are expecting a free ride, you came to the wrong apartment complex; if you trash your apartment, expect to pay for the damage.
