very clean apartments. the maintenance man joe does a great job keeping up with all the work orders i have put in gets them done pretty fast ! . Vanessa in the office is very nice and helpful. one of the nicer places I've ever lived actually. Very well maintained

Submission of the following documentation: -Income verification - A minimum of two (2) years of verifiable employment or source of Income (pay stubs, W-2s, etc.): -Gross monthly income must be 2.5 times the rent -Income must be verifiable from its source in writing for the last thirty (30) days. -Gross monthly income for all leaseholders is combined. -Income received annually will be averaged over 12 months. 5.
