Maybe some machines are a little worn down, building isn't new, but the guy couldn't have been nicer. There are bugs, not a lot, b/c it's summer and the doors are open. Make this sacrifice to get the best prices locally. Machines work fine, just like using your own if they were a few years old.

First time dropping off a comforter, great experience. Messy fold, but it came back dry and clean for a very reasonable price compared to other facilities which brought me back again! Second time dropping off same comforter, came back very damp and poorly folded. However, it was clean. Third and now fourth time trying to get back in there since then trying to get in touch with someone to even drop anything off I haven’t gotten in touch with anyone. No one is working at 9am. No one is answering phone. It’s really disappointing. I thought I had found a great drop off service but it seems they no longer do drop off services or answer phones.

This business offers wash, dry, & fold for you. That is a great service for someone that works as much as I do……EXCEPT THEY ARE NEVER THERE!!! You have to call a number and MAYBE they’ll send someone over to take your clothes OR give them back to you! I understand this is Woonsocket but does EVERYONE need to be garbage here?? Come BE BETTER!!!!!! Do you JOB!!

Honestly no! Washing machine handles are half busted and some seals are comprised. Minimal parking. Dark parking lot at night except for 2 small lights on building. I decided against even using the bathroom. Years ago it WAS pretty decent place 😔. I don't care how much u clean broken down old machines there comes a time to fix stuff.
