Ngyuen is Knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Our 2008 car with low miles (49,000) doesn’t get driven much so it didn’t read for the smog test. He told us what we needed to do so the machine could read it. His help and kindness made it a less stressful situation. Thank you Ngyuen!
