This was the worst experience I've had as a future resident. We were really interested! The location and the property were ideal for my fiancee and our labradoodle. Hours on leasing office says 9-6! We scheduled a 1 pm appointment with them and called when we arrived a little early. The person we spoke to explained an email would come right at 1 pm with self guided tour details. By 1:03 pm we called again when no email arrived (as instructed) and sat on hold for 20 minutes. One woman named Asia hung up on me. The last CS rep said they had to try to get ahold of the leasing agents but 10 minutes longer on hold, we had to get to our next viewing. Not one person in the leasing office and we never got an email or call back. Clearly they don't want our money.

Horrible living experience! Parking truly is atrocious. No where for visitors. Someone REPEATEDLY parks in my stall and management does nothing about it regardless of what they respond to in online reviews (and I have the email correspondence to prove it). However, they have no problems with taking your money every month for the parking stall smh I had to drive to a friends house to park one time because THE STALL I PAID FOR was full. A waste of money and my foot was sprain smh They never send out emails about respecting parking spaces yet they seem to be privy to sending out reminders regarding the washroom which is always dirty and half working. They never remind residents to pick up their dog. They didn’t even remind their employees to stay home from work if they have covid. One of their employees put everyone at risk of contamination smh This place claims to care about peoples safety and health but it’s quite the opposite. Not to mention, they WILL take your break lease fee AND deposit. Smh This property needs more intelligent workers because they have a lot more problems than the “forbidden” smoking that takes place smh

Worst place to live. You have trashy people who park where they want even if it's assigned they think they have the right to park there. Management doesn't tell those useless disrespectful people to not park in assigned parking. Dont move here cause you will deal with trashy people like that.

This place has the worst parking ever. I'm sure they dont tell you that when your asking questions or inquiring about a lease. Literally no extra guest parking on the weekends so hopefully you dont have company. And on the weekdays after 4 you cant find any parking. So hopefully you only have one car. They do not enforce people to move their cars you can literally come and park your car here for months. Also the people here dont pick up after their dogs so good luck with that.
