Mr. DFHO
One of the WORST experiences I've ever had. First, let me preface by saying this. I do have extensive knowledge/work experience when dealing with client tax reporting. However, getting assistance with properly feeling out the form. I was instructed by the @TDBANK branch manager (Clinton, MD) on whom the addressee/custodian should be. Unfortunately, I learned the hard way by someone else's error. Now after, I finally received the distribution check. On the Pay to Order line: the wrong information was listed. I contacted MDSRA to discuss proper procedure and if I can have it expedited since the error was done by the third party (bank employee). I was informed on "how to" go about completing my request and MDSRA would gladly expedite the issue. Guess how long I've been waiting for my money? Take a lucky guess? Every representative via email or by phone have mentioned: and I quote " We have been working on your request. Once we have determined the issue- then we will call or email you." Now I was able to finally speak to an Supervisor; since I had to call from work phone. Hence the perkiness in the agents tone of voice. I quickly asked to speak with a manager/Supervisor. I was able to speak to one of them. Once again he continued to give me the same baloney that others were trying to feed me regarding my request. Side bar, I use to work for a major international investment firm. I've created/Ran/Validated/Audited client tax reports for retail investors (Average Joe) to institutional (municipalities) clients. I'm not dumb!!! I spoke their jargon. However, I was informed there is a possibility that I wouldn't received my check until end of Summer. I am now prepared to have a third party litigate these matters.

When they say they sent you information they mark down that you received it, when you didn't. When you send them information they didn't receive it in time and closed your case. Even though you have proof it was sent!

I need to speak to a counselor about a time-sensitive and urgent matter and clicked on the option of leaving my number to be called back, but the recording kept asking for my phone number even though I typed it in several times. Then it hung up on me.

I was mind-blown by their customer service. Very rude and disrespectful. Please do better.

Need a copy of my 2019 Form 1099-R
Can I increase the amount of federal witholding from my retirement on line or do I need a special form from the State Retirement System?
how do I print it off?
Can you please send my 1099R to my current address at 3804 Parkside Dr Baltimore MD 21206. My name is Mark emerenini D0B 03/18/1960.
How long did it take you to receive yours?
As a state employee you have access to POSC online. Your HR office should be able to assist with access.
I was told it was in July...but let me check again.
Sorry. I can not help you. Please check with the state retirement and pension. Have a wonderful day!
Forms are available on the website.
If you look for apartments in downtown then they cost about 1300 dollars a month for 1 bhk, then parking would cost something around 150 a month and utilities would be around 200 a month.
my question is,2020 was my 5th year after retirement so can this year can work more hours and make the same money that I made the first year without penalties?please reply, I will appreciate that thank you

If you are a Maryland retiree you should have received information about this during open enrollment last month. You should contact the Department of Budget & Management for information.
Normally you would receive them in September; however, this year the MSRA will not be sending printed Personal Statements of Benefits. Instead they will be mailing post cards with instructions on how to obtain your information from their website sra.maryland.gov. I hope this answers your question.
The Last Business Day of the month. So it would be the prior Friday.
There is probably a 6 or 8 digit "location" number on your advice stub. This is a code for your agency. I'm not sure how many digits are needed to register for SPS Workday for retirees, but for example, if 4 digits are needed, then it would be the first 4 digits. If only 2 digits are needed, then it's the first 2 digits of the location code. Same for 6 digits. I hope this helps.
If you are an active member your pin is 4 digits. The first two are the month you entered the plan (started work with a participating employer). The second two are the year. For example, if you started work January, 2002, then your pin would be 0102. If you are retired, then your pin is the month & year you retired. July, 2015 the pin would be 0715.
You need to contact your insurance company, we only handle the pensions. Call your employee benefits office.
