I just wanted to post that after "Dominique" became the MANAGER, of CSL PLASMA ON E. NORTHERN PKWY ... it seemed as if things REALLY shaped up! ANY PROBLEMS, "Dominique" fixed them. ANY QUESTIONS? "Dominique" knows the answers! There's ANOTHER, "Dominique" , who works the kiosk as well as being a phlebotomist who knows how everything runs, is friendly, courteous & knowledge as well. "Ms. Katrina''... (I'm unsure if she is one of the nurses STILL there???) is a 3rd worker I recall being professional & courteous; knowledgeable & friendly. Finally, the Security Gaurd there is a funny & friendly man who has no problem finding help for you if necessary. . . AGAIN, if "Dominique" ,the MAIN MANAGER had not changed the atmosphere & they horrible way things USED to run, I'd never, ever consider going back but because of her, I'm excited to come back!

I set an appointment to be seen at 6:00 I arrived here at 5:40 and was told blatantly they didn’t want to take any new donors. I understand that but I attempted to call twice before coming and no one answered. Rude and disgusting behavior. I never write reviews but I waisted my time coming here just to be turned away because they didn’t feel like taking anyone else. Do not recommend.
Susan Brooks
Friendly staff, clean building and always have refreshments
Beth Grimes
Horrible. Staff is rude and unefficient ran out of supplies after waiting in line for over an hour.

No they do not test for all diseases within the facility. The most you get done for free is bp, weight and u can find out if ur anemic. But the donations (plasma) do go to an outside source that test them for everything. If a disease is found they dispose of the the donation and contact the donation center. And when you come back to donate, your name will be "flagged" in ALL donation systems, and a nurse will explain why you can no longer donate. And since all donation centers have a linked system...biomat, grifol's, octopharma's etc will see that u can no longer donate.

It takes roughly 12 months for the ink from a tattoo to fully integrate into the skin and the internal wounds to heal properly. The ink can seep traces into the blood stream and can cause a potential allergic reaction to someone who uses a medication created from that batch of plasma. Keep in mind this is the water from the blood not the actual cells, it is easily diluted with foreign matter such as tattoo metals.
Yes but be prepared to be there for at least 2 hours before u donate they do physical on you first.
