When I first started coming the wait times were okay. Now we’re waiting 30 minutes to be screened and and hour after that to even get on a machine: if the requirement is to have eaten an hour before hand waiting 1.5-2 hours to donate is not acceptable. All the food has digested and now you risking the donors health. I don’t understand why the time slots are in 15 minute intervals but a donation is 30 plus minutes. That leaves room for congestion ALWAYS also why is more than one person allowed book the same time slot as well. Me and my gf both donate and both were able to choose the same time slot. I can only imagine how man people can actually do this. All around the board there are ways for improvement especially with time. Employees spend to much time fraternizing and not sticking. truly annoys the hell out of me. Here to work not play gossip.

Every employee I encountered was pleasant. Mia was able to multitask by checking a number of people in and assisting with everyone’s different challenges. She was incredibly patient and kind with each of us! No one felt rushed or unattended to. Lisa was gentle and communicative while assessing veins. Gloria was friendly and informative while checking vitals and labs. Although Lauren had to deliver the news I couldn’t donate until next month, she was friendly and personable. The facility is noticeably understaffed but the people working there are truly incredible. It’s challenging to keep spirits high when staffing is low but the Baltimore location is doing something right. I hope to see that continue as I return!

If you received a Covid-19 vaccine, there is not a deferral period to donate plasma as long you feel well and do not have a fever.
You can donate twice every 7 days, but need at least one day in between your two donations. The easiest thing to do is pick two days and donate those same two days each week (every Tuesday and Thursday for example). Please feel free to contact your local center for further information.
Nope, just a Permanent Address and Valid ID
It depends on when you donate and what promotions you may be taking advantage of. Currently (August 2020) there is a coupon on their website that if you bring it, and make it through their screening process (good luck!), you can make $70 for your first donation.
Yes you can donate at Biolife as long as protein is good and have everything you need to register. Photo ID, 2 forms of mail to verify residency and not sure maybe social, all that good you're in there lol. Hello. You should definitely give them a call bcos it usually isn't a difficult process at all. I've never had any issues. Jus drink plenty of water(preferably) or other good fluids & eat before you come. But your FIRST 8 donations pay starts off three $90 payments, two $100 payments & three $110 payments & anytime you come after that w/n that SAME WEEK will be $40 payments & ur 2nd payments for that SAME WEEK will be $70 totaling $110🤑& ur money DOES NOT EXPIRE it'll jus add up on ur debit card & it's posted on ur card riteaway like IMMEDIATELY so No worries w/that & you use it at ur convenience. Hope this helps & Good Luck!💐
You can change it & I know this bcos that's what I did before since the location was closer for me. But to answer your question YES you can change your clinic location. Hope this helps!!
