Great place to live!

Horrible place to live for the price I pay. Outdated and will not upgrade. Charge you amenity fee for no real amenities. Maintenance take forever to fix issue and then fix it half a$$. I have to put in 5+ maintenance requests before someone come out. Office will tell you they will handle an issue but never follow thru. They are not friendly with attitude.

I wish i could give them a zero honestly the rent is absolutely too high for it to be so raggedy and it takes them weeks to complete work orders also ive been without hot water for going on 3days and they are very nonchalant about it mind u i have a child with a disability and he is freaking out 😢i wish i would’ve moved somewhere else cant wait to get out of this lease

No. We have apartments available for immediate move in. The property did not flood at all.

All pets are subject to Manager approval. As for fees, there is a $250 pet fee / $150 deposit for all pets 40lbs. and under, and a $350 pet fee / $200 deposit for all pets over 40lbs.
