I'm resident at park place apartments, C-8 since July and I have nothing but the best to say. I have had a best experience. Safe neighborhood with park near us. There is a huge swimming pool front of my apartment which has flexible open hours. Rachel was extremely helpful during the application process. I would highly recommend park place one apartments!

Parkplace one , is so quiet and gives you such a peaceful feeling away from the noisy city , has cameras so you always feel safe , the grounds are always well maintained. Parking right outside your private entrance everything in apartment is well maintained if anything needs to be fixed , not to mention the balcony and beautiful light that comes threw during the day you never feel closed in . The office staff is always there to help , nice to know there is always some one there !hope to spend many more peaceful years at parkplace !

I’ve lived here since 2017 and before that I lived in many other apartment complexes and houses in multiple states. This place is by far the most taken care of. The management especially Rachel and Sara are very kind and responsive and maintenance is on point thanks to Boris. Overall, the apartment is always updated by management. They recently upgraded so many things including LED lights, new smart thermostats that can be controlled over Wi-Fi, smart intercom, eco-friendly features. It’s like living in my own house without the hassle of maintenance. The entire complex is clean, and my neighbors are super nice and whenever I get a delivery left outside, either one of my neighbors take it inside for me or at least it never gets stolen. The area is super safe and family friendly. I genuinely recommend this place as a home for families. Mina
