Are floors cement construction .Do you hear much noise from upstairs

Thanks to everyone who answered. The floors are 8 inches of concrete. The walls between apartments are also concrete. FR exceeding both fire and sound transmission codes. One of the only buildings in NE Philadelphia built this way.

I would call the office on the cement question. My sister lives on the 2nd floor and when I stayed there I could not hear her neighbors

Not sure about cement floors but I cannot hear my upstairs neighbor.
