Been living here for 7 years. Was supposed to be temporary but loved it here. It’s quiet, clean and the people are nice and friendly. Management is great and always there to help. Only have one issue is the hallway doors. Makes a loud noise when they closed. Other than that great place to live. Hope to buy a condo here next year.

They towed my car from the parking lot in front of my condo while I was on vacation, and they expect me to pay for the tow truck. They gave less than a week’s notice and there is obviously no way for me to move my car while I am a flight away from home. Should not be up to me to pay it especially when proper notice was not received and there was nothing I could do. Can’t expect people to not ever be on vacation especially when they close the parking lots as often as they do. Development clearly does not care about the residents at all and just looks for ways to get more money from them. Awful thing to come home to from vacation. Will definitely be looking for apartments elsewhere.

This was a little while back as we bought a house years ago but for about 3 years 2008-2011 I believe we lived in Delaire the 2 bdrm, 2 bath unit; it was really nice. I never had one single issue that I can remember. It was quiet, clean; I really think they would looked to see who lived where because they put me and a woman who would become my close friend together as we both had children; we would go to the pool together ( the pool was amazing I saved our passes just for the pictures of the kids ); If I was late getting home for work she would watch my kids, and same for her. We really had a nice system down. Our neighbors across from us, we would go to dinner with them; the apartment itself was just gorgeous; the walk in closet the storage closet in the living room ( which was so cleverly hidden) so beautiful. The two bathrooms I still miss they were so nice and easy to clean ! Wonderful to decorate. I would walk the children around the grounds; the memories I have of this place is so overwhelmingly positive. I don’t ever remember having a problem with management in any way at all. A++

Moved here in 2019 thinking it would be a temporary 1 year move. My wife and I love it now and were thinking of buying a condo in here. Delaire is quiet and beautifully maintained.
