I’ve lived here for over 5 years. They do not maintain the apartments. My carpet is outdated and ripped I moved in and the patch work they did from the previous tenants is horrible. Majority of the fixing I have to do myself. Lady upstairs flooded her bathroom they didn’t even tell me until it messed up my bathroom. There is mice and bugs. They decided to build a bbq area right outside my window. I can’t even open my window. People throw things off of their balconies. Amber is a sweetheart but the building is garbage and over priced my rent goes up every year like crazy that’s the thanks you get for being a loyal tenant when half the other people are being evicted. Outdated and over priced. Can’t wait for the lease to be up and move. DO NOT MOVE HERE ITS A MONEY TRAP!!!!

I took a tour of a recently vacated apartment. The property manager said she would call me once it was remodeled. I never heard from her, so I called after a few weeks. They had rented the apartment to someone else, but there was another apartment available for $50 more a month in rent, however, I would need to put down a $500 holding fee before it was remodeled, even though I already paid the $35 application fee. I've decided to move on. Bad experience, plus they tack on tons of extra fees per month.

I have only been living here for 2 months, my wife and I have been happy to live here, we have no complaints and Amber's attention as a community manager has been excellent since the first day, I feel very peaceful in my home and I would recommend it to any friend come here and enjoy the atmosphere.

Questions & Answers

Are they a section 8 or low income housing approved facility? If so what are the rates on their two bedroom one bath apartments?

Not section 8 or low-income apartment complex. You'll pay over 1400/month with utilities (not including cable and internet) for a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit.
