Emergency Room is the worst, been here for 4 hours and still haven't been seen by a doctor

Very disappointing. I was not treated with respect and care by too many of the medical staff. I came out of a surgery and a three day stay feeling abused and neglected. It's been a year and the surgery was a failure and I'm damaged in so many ways. I wish I could go back in time and not have the surgery. It was elective, high success rate. But not necessary for survival. My life is really at risk now.

THE SERVICE ANGLE AT THIS HOSPITAL IS SUPERB. THEY BEND OVER BACKWARDS TO FURNISH A PLEASANT BEDSIDE MANNER. IN A CERTAIN SENSE, IT RESEMBLES A HOTEL, MORE THAN A HOSPITAL.
