Its a very quiet place, friendly staff. No problems to report so far just moved in. Neighbors were friendly when i was moving in. I would recommend grant meadows my friends and collegues .

Infestations have never been resolved since the pests live in the walls. Poor security around doors, holes in walls within apartments and laundry room. Violations galore via lookup, which is under a different address for some odd reason. I've never disliked a place so much, and felt so unsafe at night. I'm glad I don't live there.

Dealt with mold and roaches from the day I moved in. Negligent leasing office NEVER properly treated for roaches, and let water damage from burst pipes in overhead unit go unattended, which inevitably causes more mold. The regional manager literally tried to fight me when I wanted to break my lease because we noticed that items were missing from our apartment after maintenance visits. Then I was forced to pay a lease break penalty in order to leave these ridiculous conditions. The regional manager, Chris Pauline, is a short, fragile, pathetic excuse for a man and was wise to let his employees pull him away from me after he acted like a maniac. He was trying to rip his shirt open (which he failed to do) and using all his might to try and get in my face, even though he’s easily a foot shorter than me. Not sure where his step stool was. This place is nothing short of a nightmare. STAY FAR FAR AWAY. I will say if you’re already here and wish to leave, speak with Desiree as she is the only person who seems willing to help anyone.

Has been for years. So Please be careful. At one point there were American & German cockroaches. The mice have been around a year for the one building
On site- one washer and dryer for all the apartments in a section. Be prepared- for the one washer in the last D unit breaks a lot... takes about a week to fix.
I know a friend of mine lives there he pays for a one bedroom about 7 so I'm pretty sure it's about 6
Depends on the unit size/bedrooms.
They do.
And
One bedroom is $800.00 plus electric per month.
$100ish in the hot weather and cold winter. Stoves are gas, but the heat and air is on electric. Electric isn't included in the rent. Also, that's for someone who really doesn't try to conserve too much energy and would rather have a comfortable ambient temperature.
