Why do you have a pool listed as part of the amenities, when you do not have one? I was very disappointed, I booked here for a week so my children would have something to do with the nanny when I was at a convention.
We love it!...... beautiful hotel, all clean, relax and full confort.... we will need repeat this experience! 😉😉😉😉
Are there hair dryers in the rooms?

Where is your pool? When did it closed for good to re-convert it to some more meetings and ballroom space? Because when i look at google maps, I don't see a pool anywhere!!! I looked it everywhere for pictures and stuff, but i can not find it!!!!!
