I'm just gonna start walking in renting nothing online because you end up with this horrible place, you type in airport and end up in Hell

Hope so as well. Basically same cost as a good rental place like Hertz, in the end. They gave me a run down Nissan versa when I had paid extra for something better (prepay online). Never again.

You can try Yelp or the BBB, but if you look very closely, and i mean with a microscope, it's spelled out in the paperwork and various click thru screens. You're not alone. That being said, if you did all that, you can get a car or the door for under $10. Good luck.

Never please don't rent a car for this Economy you well be sorry, they're refuse to canceled you reservations and charge more money if you have drivers licenses from Florida ,you asking to canceled with 5 minute they refuse, they show pickup the car from airport and putting you credit card is informed you pickup your car from different adress.please don't rented

Depends in what state you are I guess. I rented in Florida and it is mandatory to get insurance. I rented through a third party and they were very clear about the insurance and what the law requieres. Hope this helps.

I agree I had the same situation. I actually had to have my wife puul up an insurance policy declarations page and send it to then to get out of their cut rate insurance policy. ITS A SCAM!

I didn’t have that problem! I booked on Expedia. I got a cheaper price.

I was upset about this at first but it turned out being a really easy process. I just rented from them this weekend. The shuttle will be waiting for you as soon as you come outside. The ride was literally 2-3 mins there. The line was short and pick up easy. Make sure you get the easy Sun Pass for 29.99 you can ride the express lane and avoid the backed up traffic. The shuttle will drop you off when you return the rental. Oh call Economy and let them know what time your flight is coming in so they can specifically be waiting on you.

It takes 2 shuttles to get to Economy Rental from airport. They will then raise the price of the rental. Save time. Ride no shuttle and rent from reputable company.

Best bet is to go with Enterprise, they will beat Economy's price and there are no hidden fees. With economy thier strategy is to make you feel like you're stuck and you have to go with them. DO NOT RENT FROM ECONOMY!!!

The stop on SunPass tolls is only temporary due to Hurricane Irma.

My experience was decent. Was shown $20 per day for a compact. Ended up paying $30 after taxes and insurance. Not a bad deal. They did try to blame a dent on me upon returning it, but fortunately I filmed a walk-around before I left and was able to show that the dent was pre-existing.

It's not long but they drop you off at a bus terminal and you have to drag your luggage from the rental van to the bus to get to the terminal. We missed our flight so give yourself plenty of time.

You either put 1000$ hold on your card or pay the self insure fee. They don't tell you that until you get there though

The fees are asthronomical I to put a $500 deposit down but I wouldn't take their insurance.

Yes, unless you bring a copy of your insurance coverage showing all $$ otherwise they want to talk directly to your agent.

Call them and ask if they have the booking. Also ask about the cost at the time of pick up. I bought a collision insurance but they told me that since I have used American express credit card to make a reservation Amex would cover for the collision. So I had to cancel the insurance I had purchased. But bought liability insurance from them which was about $12 a day.

Airport bus will drop you at the rental car building (where Enterprise, Avis, etc are). From there you will have to take shuttle. Call them once you are airport they should be able to guide you.

I'm sure it has nothing to do witb race. just cheap so they nickel and dime you for everything. Price is low. Like Metro PCS of Car rental

Leave the car and place the keys in a Dropbox. However,you will not have a ride back to the airport if they str not open.

Go some where else. They do not reply to email. Their excuse is you should have read the contract. They should give you a real quote and honor it. I did have all the proper documentaion and they still over charged me.

They held $1000 from me. It' was dirt cheap to rent, but you needed specific proof from your insurance company that you were fully covered, or you'd have to buy their insurance, which wasn't cheap.
