Very poor the customer service. Worst nightmare that i had that day renting a car
There's a way around that. I had the insurance issue too, but with the proper insurance info they honored their price. They accepted it from a picture of my insurance policy. They need the coverage amounts, then required that it get emailed right there from their counter. There is an additional $10.(?) Fee for the whole rental period. Be aware if you extend the rental, the rate is increased $20. daily. It's in the contract. So... with proper proof of collision insurance - not just the policy # but the part the shows the amount- I was able to get a car for $8. a day. I extended the rental time a few days and they charged the extra $20. When i needed to extend the days again, i returned that car and rented another one at the $8. rate again.
Ha! True.
Again, I agree.
