Shuttle bus that takes you to there location. Don’t confuse them with the easy rental they are separate company’s.

No they require proof of insurance if your using your own and drivers license

You take the shuttle which let you off and you walk down to where they pick you up. The shuttle driver will tell you where to go. You then call Easirent and they send the driver to pick you up.

Hello Cathy, I have not yet to receive my email confirmation as I was told in person at the rental car site by Marcus. The deposit hold which is still pending. I have been checking my account for the card I used.

No you have to take the shuttle they offer to their place which is a five minute ride

I received my immediately back on my credit card when I returned the car it may be different if you used a debit. But I will never use them again because of the deposit situation i feel u shouldn't have to if your using a major credit card but they get you away from the airport where there is no deposit with a major credit card and your left looking stupid if you didnt plan for a deposit for a rental. Ti be safe stay on the airport for rentals

Could be up to 1 week for processing, so very soon, I know long time but I've rented twice and got the return as stated, probably weekend and holiday affecting it, business days are how credit cards function.

I have a car for a week and need to extend. I called four times todays totaling 3 hours and a half of waiting. Wait for the longest time until it disconnected me and re start the call what else is there to do? Thanks

As of 10/07/2019 they do not at their new Fort Laud location. They seemed to have relocated but the Hotwire app I used to book the rental still has the old address which thankfully enough wasn't far so I was able to make it to the new location with enough time to make my flight except the new location did not have a drop box so I had to wait and missed my flight. I'm assuming it was because of the relocation and I blame myself for not verifying in advance their office hours or drop box options knowing I had a flight that early in the morning.

At the very least you will need a valid drivers license and a credit card (not a debit card). Check with the company for any additional requirements.

If you do not use a sun pass they will charge you the toll plus $25

It was a long process. Definitely not a quick procedure. It took over an hour to get from the airport to the shuttle with our 2 toddlers and car seats. And the shuttle bus took FOREVER!

Proceed to bus stop 7 and await the Easirent Shuttle bus. Terminals 2, 3 & 4: Please take the airport shuttle to the car rental centre. Please follows signs for “Offsite rental car and county bus”. Proceed to bus stop 7 and await the Easirent Shuttle bus.

I don't know if there ia a shuttle from the Port to Easirent. But when you finally return the car they have shuttle service to the airport.

There are no surcharges. If you need insurance this is a charge. If you need a sunpass this is an additional charge as well. If there is an additional driver there is a charge. Taxes and state fees always apply. These are usually charges to the rental rate. Look at your receipt and ask for each fee exactly what it is for. This particular rental company doesn't charge unless the additional items are needed.

The space is at premium and no additional place to park vehicles not in their system.

Great place I rent from them all the time I have a car from them now. 10 minutes from the airport, shuttle runs frequently .
