I got a surprise charge on my credit card. I tried to call them 3 times to enquiry about the charge but no answer, even with an answering machine. I finally had to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
I have a broken cat and can’t even ask what to do with the car. I have called 16 times with no answer. The option for chat didn’t even work. This place sucks.
I tried calling the service desk 8 times to ask for help at different times of the day and got no response on any attempt.

I rented a few weeks ago the car was fine ,the rental experience needs improving
Had same problem but the are very busy and help you as soon as you show up
They will never answer the phone and if someone answers it gets re-routed to the UK. Dont even waste you time, the customer service is horrible anyway
