Call them and ask if they have the booking. Also ask about the cost at the time of pick up. I bought a collision insurance but they told me that since I have used American express credit card to make a reservation Amex would cover for the collision. So I had to cancel the insurance I had purchased. But bought liability insurance from them which was about $12 a day.
I'm surprised they didn't email you a confirmation? I would have thought it was standard procedure? Have you gone to their main web site and contacted them? You asking here is not the same. I mean, can't tell you the last time I ever rented a car from economy. Yet Google for some reason believes I was recently there probably because I was sitting at a red light in front of the rental agency. No matter how many times I try to dismiss it Google insists I was there hence why I got your inquiry. I'm just offering you a suggestion as to what I would do. Good luck.

Try to call directly, I don't think they will answer in here. I always use Economy and just with my passport at counter and they will see the book, don't worry and try to call them better. Have a good one.
