Go some where else. They do not reply to email. Their excuse is you should have read the contract. They should give you a real quote and honor it. I did have all the proper documentaion and they still over charged me.
It's probably hidden in the fine print, and probably masquerading as something else. They can be a little gray.
Avoid this place. They scam you with the insurance.
Choose a different rental car company. They will always charge more. They seemed shady to me.
There will be more fees when u get there, beware. Just get it from avis or something even through they are $20 more on total
