You can try Yelp or the BBB, but if you look very closely, and i mean with a microscope, it's spelled out in the paperwork and various click thru screens. You're not alone. That being said, if you did all that, you can get a car or the door for under $10. Good luck.
Post on every tourist platform there is. Make sure everyone knows that we perceived them as crooks.
You can report them. You could also try and find a lawyer to bring a class action lawsuit sgainst them. Of course posting what they did on social media is helpful for others
Contact the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint. Be as detailed as possible. I plan on doing the same.
Yes, it happened to me. They over charge me.
Report them to the BBB and any other third party vendor you may have booked through. Contact your credit card and tell them you did not authorize the charge. I know how you feel as my experience with this company was terrible as well.
100% scam rip off don't give up
I rented through Priceline and bought insurance through Priceline. Economy claimed the insurance was inadequate. Priceline should not be selling a scam that they know better should not have unusual small print language for the line of business, and that also claims to invalidate another product priceline offers. Priceline should remove this seller from its site.
SAME Rotten Experience. The good news it the fact there is much competition who are a pleasure to deal with.
