This place is horrible. They will rip you off!! Cheap online but once you get there they lie to you and charge you for their insurance which is not necessary. Misleading. I felt like I was tricked. I definitely don't recommend this place.

I will not recommended them, they always tell you you insurance coverage isn't enough so you are forced to buy theirs.

Conditions apply doesn't mean telling you its a FL law and that i didn't have liability insurance when i did, then told it had to be over $50,000 when i told him i had liability. Making stuff up to make extra money isn't conditions apply. Read economy's rental response and you will see they give two different informations.

You don't have the obligation to pay for the insurance. You can just use your own. But It depends from where you book through your rental.

the reps are ignorant and uneducated. i have never had a worse experience. the manager is just as bad. never.never go to this place. unprofessional.i don't know if it is poor training or they are just stupid. i wish i had visited this site before booking. one or two bad reviews is common but i don.t see any good reviews.

If your personal insurance is comprehensive, you can use your own. I agree they have way too many hidden fees, but just like any other businesses, that's how it works( conditionS always apply)
