Yep. Same thing happened to me. About $250 more than initially paid online.
If you will rent from them, you need liability of 300000 and loss of use. Most people have it by default, but if you dont then raise your liability to 300,000, then bring it down later when you're back home. Get a declaration page or know how to download it. Rent only on MasterCard and get detailed pdf file from your credit card. In it MasterCard describes loss of use and damage to the rental.

They do try a bait and switch. Bit if you go there prepared the price is unmatched and I got a great car for an unbeatable price . My rental for an Altama was $16 a day total. I brought a sun pass with me and my Insurance declaration ( not ins card ) the declaration states what coverage you have. And I paid exactly what I was quoted online .
Omg the same sh*t just happened to me! I should have read this reviews before I showed up, they wanted to charge me $200 extra of the $100 I already paid. And their customer service it’s awful!!! Don’t go there!!
They were terrible! Gave everyone grief when they got to the counter and charged more than the booking site said they would. Skip these jokers at all cost!!!!

This location is stealing an eye 👀 rent a car on 02/15/22 for a single day and pay $90 dollars and then it appears that they charged me $250 more and when I call they say it was because I smoked in the car and neither my wife nor I use any type of cigarettes 😂😂 they are public thieves. I never recommend it
You pay more, they do not accept card insurance that is already assuming that charge, and very simple - if you do not take the additional insurance they will not rent the vehicle. That the rental place is outside the airport is a problem at the time of the return there are no signals and even the GPS that they gave us there, never found them. Never again...I don't recommend it to anyone
It happen to me they charge me a lot of money and i bring the car full of gas afer drop off the car the charge me for ful gas
How much did they charge you for insurance per day.. Where were the other charges that got your bill so high.?
Same with me. I'm insured with Progressive and have great coverage. However, was charged an extra $24 per day for liability coverage. Because it was already late in the evening and I'd have to wait for another shuttle to take me back to the airport, I just went with it. My first and last time dealing with this company.
