The security has been taken down a level since COVID. Guests do not need to provide proof of vaccination any longer This venue is much more relaxed and I am very glad.

We came here for the first time to attend The Chicks Tour on July 23rd, 2022. It was an awesome experience with the decorations, lights, and sound systems blows our expectations. Although, parking was a disaster due to Waterpark goers were exiting while we were finding parking, it was like grid lock!!!! Park at Lot G is closest parking and short distance to walk. Exiting of the parking lot was hard too and hopefully it will improve in the future.

Great seating and views of the stage. Management has to figure out how to better route traffic. Bottlenecks coming in and out. Horrible planning of the traffic flow.

I hated this venue. First time ever going was tonight to see Backstreet Boys. They did great but the venue was a nightmare. We tried to get there early but traffic going into the parking lot was horrendous. I’d hate to live anywhere near there. We finally got into the very last lot. Then approaching we had to stand in another crazy line wrapping around the place. By this time we’d already missed the opener (still don’t know who it was). Then they yell at you about what size your purse is and threaten to make you PAY to check it into storage. We really didn’t have time to get food/drinks or stand in line for the bathroom. The show started before we could find our seats, so the lights were out and people we frantic. If you get lawn general seats, understand you won’t be able to see a thing & certainly not the performers. The sound wasn’t great either (not sure if that’s the bands issue or the set up of the amphitheater/where we stood). Then the most annoying part was trying to leave this place. We literally waited 2 hours in traffic to get out. I thought I’d lose my mind. Terrible experience here.

Didn't have to pay for the Brad Paisley concert.
Yes. As Aaron E. noted as long as no recording function.
You cannot bring in video equipment and usually not hand held cameras..but have not run across denial of cell phones..in only one venue did they require you to put cells in a signal blocking locked bag (Sycuan - Sports Arena)
Yes
It should say the show will go on rain or shine on your ticket. They will cancel if there is lightning in the area though.
If your tix are already in your ticketmaster events, you shouldn't have any problem bringing them up on your phone at the event
There is a hotel just exiting the 805 freeway and main street, i believe it's a best western. About 2 miles from the amphitheatre.
That's a good question. I haven't seen any but that doesn't mean there are none . Maybe Google that question
I use VIP valet. It's not the cheapest option, but in and out of parking is painless and fast, plus fastlane entrance to the venue itself makes it a no brainer for me.
Yes... I've seen Brad Paisley here before & I've used a cane for years without anyone ever telling me I couldn't carry it into the venue.
Yes you are allowed to bring your own bottled water.
Usually stay open depending on rate of sales, etc.
FYI, I work there and we have several new changes that will make this season much better !!! Parking will be much smoother in and out. Uber lot has been moved to a different area as well.
There are 2 light (reflector) towers but these are located in sections 304 and 302 aprox.
Which entrance were you using if you came in through otay they were probably holding back your traffic in favor of the Main Street entrance.
most of the time you'll buy tickets in advance... the box office is open in the afternoon of the day of the event however it does not guarantee tickets will be available
Sealed water bottle is allowed.
Security office
Yes... I took my 11 and 13 year old... I know people smoke and Rebelution, but my kids love them...
Yes, simply go inside with current ticket. Go to customer service tell them the situation and they will happily move you to handicap that is available.
You can bring an unopened plastic water bottle per ticket. That should save you some money. You can bring a blanket to sit on or cover yourself with. Lawn chair rentals are through the ticketing system you bought your concert ticket through and they often sell out.
No, I didn't notice any motorcycle designated area. So motorcycles have to park with regular cars
No, no permiten sillas de afuera. Te rentan sillas por 10 dólares.
You may bring in a small bag but you will have to go through the bag check line and they will inspect it thoroughly. With a clear bag you just walk in.
No, take Uber or Lyft
Off the main drag
I don't know the answer to how many tickets are sold. The place is great for a concert and has a great view of the stage no matter where you are but it is very crowded. Go early enough to get settled and pregame while waiting. Enjoy the concert!
Yes. There is some pay parking right next to gates. Waste of money IMO. Use free parking.
Yes, but wld depend on the cushion. Only just a cushion.. and u can bring in blankets.
Yes.
Usually yes. "Rain or shine" has actually been written on most of the tickets I have gotten for this venue.
o
David, what did they allow for verification? Picture of card? QR code from state website?
As you enter the VIP parking will be on the right. Normies in the left.
Last time I was there I didn't see one. I'm seeing people mention East entrance but I entered there and I saw nothing showing members only entrance.
2 and under are free.
No wheelchair access on the lawn, but there are several ADA accommodations in all three sections.
They don't supply wheelchairs if it's on the lawn u bring your own blankets to sit on
I don't know of any hotels close by.
I believe oct. 5th will be when the restrictions begin
It's not a rule but they put it to me like this, it's the honor system, if you had the vaccine shot you do not have to wear a mask, if you haven't they kindly ask you to wear it.
Maybe the orchestra gray section. Where you have a waiter for drinks.
There are two entrances, South and West. While you can enter either entrance, the disabled parking is right in front of the west entrance.
20 oz or less plastic bottles at our event but check each event for specifics
No they don't allow it
I tried it said we have to get it from point of purchase which is the Amphitheater. Hard to do if they aren't open. Not getting emails or anything from anyone. Very frustrating.
Yes
Yes, service fee
It was a concert
It depends on who you buy tickets from, but you can buy most tickets from live Nation, Groupon, Eventbrite etc from your phone.
No, but I don't go to concerts for the internet access. As a courtesy to other patrons I make sure my phone is turned off before getting out of the car.
Yes
No habla
The prior answer is correct. USUAL end times are about 11pm but I've attended ones lasting well past midnight. Also, if you're in the free parking plan on an hour's wait if you go straight to the car. I prefer to hit the head & stroll the shops 30 minutes before leaving & my idling time is greatly reduced.
Yes you can. Enjoy
Yes. Although I am unsure of location. East or west side of venue.. I'm guessing west .
Check with the trolley line and bus line directly.
Yes and they have charging stations there. Have fun
Yes.
No, you can't bring in your own chair on the grass area
Most gates lock even the free places
There is VIP parking. I dont know if it is included in the VIP lounge ticket.
You can't bring anything other than a small blanket, a sealed bottle of water, and your personal bag must be smaller than 12" x 12" x 2". I had my blanket in a drawstring bag to carry it and they took my bag!!! I couldn't even bring it in empty 😒
Yes. Just ask the parking attendants and they will direct you right to it
You have a row and seat, NOT LAWN! See some of the ticket vendors seat maps to see where you'll be.
Only unopened bottles of water. Sorry
Yes the do it cost 5.oo i believe
Do NOT take an Uber unless you want to wait an hour after the event. Uber drivers were cancelling rides and it took an hour to finally get one in. AND the prices are insane right after the show even an hour after the event was double the price. If you leave early you might be able to check one of the ubers hanging out waiting for people but if you want to enjoy the whole event I would recommend driving and dealing with the traffic cuz at least they have people directing people
Not sure of a specific number but it's been several names since it's opened, starting with Coors amphitheater.
Yes, for the grass area only and the chair has to be a low sand chair height. The have chairs for rent for $10 each.
Go east off the 805(north or south)main street exit and follow the cones, it will take you to the parking lot.
It depends on the artist. You will need to check for each concert.
There was a dirt lot. I am not sure which lot it was.
It is my understanding that no outside food is ever allowed but cannot say for certain!
Yes but I think they have to be low like a sand chair. They do rent sand chairs for the grass area for $10 each.
Are u allowed to bring snacks?
It's a general section. The lawn chair sections are upgrades you can purchase when you are there, if available for your show. Sometimes they give them away for free.
General parking is Free , Premier parking $30 a car an $50 RV / Limo, valet parking$40 premium Valet $60 hope this is helpful and have Fun .
You can take blankets and low chairs
Yes , just check if the venue is sold out before you drive all the way there!
Call and ask idk what exactly you you plan on bringing into the venue. Herb joints yes, "cartridge" pens vapes take out through security gate regardless of "dogs and PD" umbrellas, blanket for lawn, drinks canisters....doubt it they have stands of assortment of drinks......be specific w/ ur question...
Yes, they check no tickets for lawn
It depends on the venue. They do have 21 and up concerts sometimes.
It depends on the event that you're going to. The Foam Glow Run was for families whereas a concert may have restrictions. Check the minimum age requirements before you commit to anything.
Don't really know for GA. Georgia? Here in CA usually if 13 and under = no charge ,but for this type of venue everybody have to pay. If you think that you child is old enough to go to a concert, then just pay for the ticket.
yes you can bring your own chairs, there is also tailgating so you can bring your liquor, beer, wine, etc.
I've seen shows where there where it rained pretty hard.
You can but I dont know how
I parked in the dirt lot across the street and was still able to grill.
I dont know. I havent heard anything about them being cancelled.
Reserved lawn seemed to be just a sectioned off area near the stairs. It did have seats but you may have to pay extra for them. If you have your own beach type chairs bring them or a blanket. The rental on site was $10/chair. The lawn provided a great angle to watch the concert but if there is a mobility issues getting up from the ground, it may be a concern
Yes lead singer is sick. I call KSON
Just turn into reserved parking (on left side). There is staff to direct you to drop off area at front entrance to arena.
Really?!! Not my first concert here!!This isn't traffic this is insanity!! I have never had this kind of chaos getting into a concert at this venue. Mattress Firm needs to figure somethimg out or hire more traffic enforcement on concert nights!!!!! This sucks!!! I live 15 minutes away from venue. Left house an hour and half before show started and took the 125 toll road...it was absolutely terrible!!! No traffic control at all!! Glad we didn't miss the whole show 🙄
Valet is usually at the west entrance parking lot A
All the way in the back.
Google it Or Call
Can miss the area. Its roped off. $20 per chair.
I think it usually opens at 4pm on event nights, the website will tell you exactly when it opens.
Yeah. But you're can rent them or get the fast pass and get some for free. It was$5.
They're like beach chairs not too bad for the live nation price.
To use the Lyft and Uber service, you have to walk across the street to the big dirt lot that is where the ride-sharing services will pick you up. You might want to try calling them and identify yourself and keep a lookout for your car when it gets there because if not then somebody else might snake it from you. Other than that, it's pretty convenient.
Not in the seating area, but the venue area itself is fine to smoke around. As long it's Outside of the seating area.
You get a table you get drinks and food brought to you. You get a private set of restrooms no one else is allowed to use it's worth it.
They have a quick check in area at all gates.
Check the box office they most likely will accommodate people with special needs
Question seems like ur looking to raise an issue that doesn’t exist. Not all actions are to “offend” someone.
No little kids are free
It's a secret. ..
no
Most people stand when concert starts I did and it was awsome view of everything. You can bring chairs but I liked the blanket better also get there early like a hour early cause of traffic and paking.!
We always use VIP. It's a little bit pricey but it's quick in and out. If you get to the concert early it's not tough to get in but if you're not parking in VIP then you could be an 45 minutes to get to the freeway. Cheers!
Yes, you can but that may not be the case for every event held there...
It depends on the event, if you bring a lawn chair make is it a low to the ground. If you Google patio chair that is the right chair to bring. But you can also bring a blanket to sit on also.
When I went people were smoking and brought chairs for the lawn.
No, just arrive early at the parking lot, eat there have a few drinks before the show starts
General parking is offered, this is free, plan to be there at least 2 hrs early so you can beat the rush.
And
Is the same is general admision no seats..
Yes there is special motorcycle parking in front where the handicap parking, and limousine park.
Yes Ticketmaster is the way to go
You should probably call first. Pretty sure they can get in with a ticket, but they definitely won't be allowed to purchase alcohol.
I’ve been to over 20 shows there, and they’ve all been all ages as far as I could tell. There are probably shows that you wouldn’t want to bring the youngins to though unless you’re not worried about contact highs!!! And as far as pre-partying in the parking lot goes, be discreet if you’re going to be engaging in illegal activity (i.e. drug use, underage drinking). There are undercover cops that patrol the lots pre-show. I have personally seen minors getting popped for minor in possession. They looked like stereotypical undercover cops and you could probably spot them from a mile away. That’s only if you were looking for them though, and people generally only look for uniformed police. If you’re over 21 though, it’s a pretty chill spot to tailgate. Just don’t be super loud and call attention to yourself if you’re riding dirty. Have fun!!!! And get there early- traffic can be brutal and every beer you drink in the parking lot is one less $10 beer to buy inside.
At the Amphetheater or online on livenation
7 pm is when most start
They check you with hand held metal detectors and bags have to be small. Its out in the middles of no where so they would find it on ya at the front gate
Yes, at 7PM
Yes there is at the ticket boot
On weekdays we park at the water parks main lot on the west side of venue, it is open, paved and easy to navigate.
Drive past the first parking area you see and there will be a sign that reads "Uber'. An attendant will be standing there and it does not look like the entrance to a paved lot because it is a dirt turnaround. Just look for the Uber sign and it's pretty easy to find.
Call a head due to packed shows chairs are not allowed in the venue.
