It's not a rule but they put it to me like this, it's the honor system, if you had the vaccine shot you do not have to wear a mask, if you haven't they kindly ask you to wear it.

At the REBELUTION concert they weren't asking for proof of vaccination. I don't think they will. The place is open so it's kind of safe.
