It depends on who you buy tickets from, but you can buy most tickets from live Nation, Groupon, Eventbrite etc from your phone.
Not 100% sure. Best bet is to buy at the Box Office or via an online ticketing website. In all honesty, you should avoid this venue at all costs. Since Live Nation took over, the parking situation is absolutely horrific. Took us over an hour to just get into a lot. Then the long lines to enter are just as ludicrous. We missed the opening act and half of the second act before we actually got inside to our seats. We probably would have missed the second act completely if my fiance didn't have T-Mobile (they have an Express Lane for T-Mobile customers)!
