This is the best tax service office I ever had in my 8 years of existence in the US. I promised myself that as long as I reside here in San Diego, I will always go to Ms. Veronica Tamayo every tax return season. She was very patient and friendly with me despite of our differences in our language and communications. Very diverse person. First of all this is not my place I usually go. I have nothing against Jackson Hewitt. It’s my loyalty I have with Mrs. Alejandra Peres. Wherever she goes I’m looking for her. Nobody has the professional performance and knowledge this prospect has in the tax preparers industry. Trust me take my word you will receive every penny you own and why you earn and if there’s a deduction I was never educated on how taxes work and the she explains it make me think I can do it myself but I’m loyal and I know she does this for a living so I stay in my lane and rather go to a professional when you file with her it makes sense! If she is tax preparer of the year well earned she deserves it again. I’m always coming back because when it comes to my money I know who to contact. Alejandra Peres from Jackson Hewitt! In addition to in-person appointments at Jackson Hewitt offices, you also have the option for limited contact drop-off (where you drop off your documents at an office and go), file with no contact via Tax Pro From Home, or file on your own via Jackson Hewitt Online.

Tax Pros and other office staff are required to wear face coverings, our offices adhere to social distancing protocols, and offices are cleaned and disinfected daily. Yes. Jackson Hewitt offices are following all safety guidelines provided by local, state, and federal authorities, including the CDC.
If you have a MyJH account, you can log-in and view your filed tax return. If you don’t have a MyJH account, you can reach out to your local office to see if they have a copy available. If you need a copy of your return from the IRS, you can request a photocopy or a computer transcript. Photocopies and transcripts are free from the IRS. If you need an actual copy, complete IRS Form 4506 and pay a $50 fee for your filed tax return and Form W-2.
To get a copy of your Form W-2 or Form 1099, first contact your employer or financial institution. If we used your W-2 to prepare your tax return, you can log into your MyJH account and view your filed tax return including your W-2. If you don’t have a MyJH account, contact your local office to see if they have a copy of your W2 available. You can download Form 4506 at www.irs.gov to request a copy of the return you filed with the IRS.
