Yes they are sold at venue. I've taken snacks in my pockets.
Sadly outside drinks and snacks aren't allowed in. You will need to purchase a water bottle from the vendors inside
Empty water bottles are allowed and there is a hydration station to fill up.
Empty water bottles can be brought into the venue to fill at their water stations. Not too sure about snacks.
