You may bring in a small bag but you will have to go through the bag check line and they will inspect it thoroughly. With a clear bag you just walk in.
Doesn't have to be a clear bag but the smaller the better and they will look through it. People were taking regular backpacks but it takes longer to check through security smallpacks have a fast track line
