Yes it is $20 if you park it in the main lot, or $40 for Valet. The dirt lots on the south and north side of amphitheater are free as is the paved lot by the Waterpark to the west of the paid main lot, only if the water park is closed.

If you park in the A lot (first one on the right). Parking is free. I believe you can do Valet parking for $40.
