I found a couple of dogs by a freeway recently so I brought them to the nearest shelter (here) but wow this place made the experience so unpleasant. The staff initially tried to turn me away by telling me to come back another day. Then they gave me a number that kept sending me to voicemail and told me to wait another half an hour with no response until I waved down other staff entering the building. The man was unprofessional and had me carry the dogs myself before berating me for an ID and accusing me of lying about the situation. I called them back to ask if they could alert me if they found any transmissible health conditions in the dogs or if there were any health precautions I could take after touching them since I don’t want me or my older dog to contract anything and they did not help at all. They only gave me an attitude for not leaving any info when I actually did leave my name and two phone numbers in person. It’s almost like the staff try to make people feel bad and discourage them from doing the right thing to help strays. At least they took the dogs in I guess. Would not recommend coming here.

Amazing staff and great people, help them save animals and dogs they need more help. I was lucky to find the most incredible St. Bernard he is an amazing dog and we are lucky to have him.

My fiance was there Saturday to get our kittens vaccinated (we are first time pet owners). She called in to make sure a walk-in would be feasible for this and was assured by the customer service line that it would be ok. When she arrived, she was working with a lady with blue hair at the desk. She explained that their services aren't offered to adopted animals and that the customer service line was incorrect. She went on to say that they keep doing this and management won’t listen (guess she decided being rude to people is the best way to get management to listen to her). This lady was snapping at my fiancé and continuously kept cutting her off as she was trying to see if they had any resources they could direct us to after the lady had rudely explained the situation. My fiance was trying to communicate that she understood it was no one's fault and just wanted to see if maybe there where other options for the kittens that they knew about. She cut her off again saying "you are clearly upset so here is this form so you can escalate the complaint to management yourself." The mail in form contained no contact information for the managers and we keep getting redirected to the 311 line. When you call back the shelter directly it leaves you on hold stating there are 6 people in front of you and then automatically hangs up after a while. Whoever this lady is should be fired. She wouldn’t even give a name because she knew she wrong.

The workers and volunteers are extremely helpful and available if you have any questions. We walked around for a bit looking for a new dog to adopt. We played with him in a nice grassy area. The guys were sweet hearts and know about the dogs backgrounds. Destroyer had all his vaccines and the shelter gave us a few coupons for a VCA, discount on dog food and training classes. So I guess the dogs are half the price on the weekends. Go and find a pet to rescue, it's so sad to see though. BTW, tons of pitbulls at this location.
Thanks! Your review is awaiting moderation.
It is best for you to come to this facility in person and ask someone from the reception desk because as you probably already know in this mockery of an animal shelter nobody does favors to anybody else. Everybody claims to be so kind and supportive of you if you need help with a problem but when the time of the truth comes nobody lifts a single finger to help you. On the contrary, they all run and hide like rats do as soon as they see or hear something that frightens them. Perhaps if you come in person you can enlist the help of an animal care technician. Good luck!
Take him to Pasadena Humane Society at 361 South Raymond Avenue because this is a no-kill shelter, pay the feet to surrender him and explain to them why you are leaving him there. I am sorry about your loss.
Hello, Yes you can adopt a dog here, and a puppy. Some things to note: If the dog is neutured and is available, you can take the dog then and there. If not, you will have to pick up your dog from the Vet that will neuture your dog Regular fee is $120 + $30 registration Fee includes : neuter, shots, chip, and a voucher for a free physical Animal shelter ALWAYS have events where the adoption fee is discounted. For example, i adopted my 8 month old puppy during a 4th of July event, and the adoption fee went from $120 to only $10!!!! You just have to call, and see if there's an event soon, or check their Facebook page Hope this helps !
Actually you can. We rescued 3 cats n we took all 3 of them there to get shots n everything else. They have a low cost program there too my mom told me all about it. Between the 2 household we have 4 cats n 2 dogs. Yes i know we have alot of pets now. 😬😁
Give them a call and ask !
http://laanimalservices.com/ You don't get to just pet them you're get to clean their cages walk them and try to find them a home. Is it very awarding volunteering. But I do have to let you know it's a kill shelter and that's why my daughter and I are working there to save those animals
They will charge you around $130 depending on how much he/she weighs. Go speak to someone from the reception desk and don't forget to take and ID with you along with a bill from the department of water and power or a gas bill. Perhaps you can qualify to get a voucher that covers the full cost of the surgery. But you might stil have to pay $40 additionally for the Elizabethan collar, for antibiotic and pain medication.
Yes
Of course they do. Go in or give 'em a call. There is a 🐕 there with your name on it! Go get it Tiger (Grrrr)!
As a general rule, they will charge you around $122 for the services that they perform during the adoption process which are: sterilization, microchipping, vaccination and licensing plus a voucher that they give you so that you can take your baby to see the veterinarian of your choice within three days after leaving the shelter. If it turns out that he/she is sick with the flu for instance you will have to pay for the treatment separately. But sometimes this adoption fee can be deducted if you adopt someone when they have special events where they will charge only half of the regular fee to all potential adopters. Good luck!
I'm not sure. Go on line to find out about volunteering. That might satisfy your community hours.
I do know they have a program for kids they are accompanied by someone at the shelter check on the website especially for summer they need a lot of help they need kitten help people that'll feed the new kitties that are coming into the world so I am sure if you take a look at the website you'll find something that you could do thank you for your loving heart
Go on the weekend.
Yes go speak to someone from the reception desk and they will explain to you exactly what you have to do to complete your hours. Good luck to you!
You can't actually "purchase" an animal from here the way you would at a normal pet store. You adopt a pet but you pay a fee and that's usually for shots and microchipping. You might get a reduced fee because of the holidays. I highly encourage you to adopt a pet here.
Yes they open on Saturdays and yes you can donate canns of food as long as they have not been opened because some people from the general public have brought open bags and cans of food for the sole purpose of poisoning the animals. I hope this helps. Good luck to you.
Yes you can but their closed today , can stop by tomorrow . happy4th of july.
I paid $120 they take care of everything 👍 I got a deer head chihuahua 💞
It is definitely NOT no-kill. They kill for space, even adoptable animals. Check LAAS website, all LAAS shelters are kill shelters and animals in them are in danger of being euthanized.
You can go to the shelter and ask them and they will tell you how if they're in need of volunteers. If they are not in need they will thank you for your interest in helping them.
It all depends on how busy it is at the time you are There. It can take as little as a half hour up to one and a half hours.
It is very simple, you need to go to the shelter's front counter, fill out the application, pay the yearly fee for the license which varies from $10.00 to $150.00 depending on whether he is sterilized or not and depending on whether you want a commercial license or not. Once you write down your names and address as well as your phone number on the application and pay the fee they will give you his tag and his paper and you are set to go home. Good luck to you!
You should definitely check the animal shelters. Not only will you rescue your new family addition, but they'll really thank you for it, rescued pets know it, but you'll have peace of mind knowing that your pet is chipped and vaccinated. Good luck.
No this institution does a lot of abortions, but if you like you are welcome to visit their cat rooms to see if by any chance you can find one. Sometimes the officers find stray cats with their litters out on the streets just like they do stray dogs. Lets hope for the best, good luck!
Yes as far as I know minors can volunteer for whatever project they are doing, but someone has to go with them as a gardian because they claim that this is a safety issue or a liability. In reality, they can apply to volunteer on their own when they are 16 years of age. But I suggest that you go to the shelter directly and talk to one of the staff members at the front counter or visit their website for more information. Good luck volunteering in this reputable institution that has absolutely, positively no regard for the pain and suffering of others! This institution is very, very famous for its cruelty to volunteers, so be careful! If for some reason one of their staff members starts picking on you or using you as his/her punching bag to take it out on you for whatever is wrong with his/her life and you complain to the authorities from here, they will callously get rid of you the volunteer and applaud their employee for picking on you or for having fun at your expense!
Yes they are.
I think there is a closer ,animal shelter in the westside,if am not mistaken.the link is,laanimalservices and choose option that closest relates to your situation.god job
They don't groom cats here but you can take him/her to pets grooming with love at 5459 North Figueroa Street LA, CA 90042 and their phone number is (323) 255-8550. They close on Sundays but they open Mondays through Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. I hope this information helps you in some way. Good luck to you.
If you know your dog was taken to that shelter ,go there in person and pick up your dog. Once there speak to any ßtaff member for further instructions. If your dog is there they will verify that you have all it's shots and license in order and return your dog to you. If anything needs to be updated they will let you know before you leave.
Yes, these institutions accept used toys, bowls for foods and water as well as blankets as long as they have been thoroughly washed. Otherwise, they will throw all these things away because they cannot know whether or not they belonged to a sick dog, cat or rabbit. But if they have been washed and disinfected they are safe for some other needy animals to utilize.
get a free coupon for spay or neuter
Yes! There is a table with free donated items. Help yourself.
If I didn't answer your question I would definitely answer any follow-up I give this company five stars edit I did find the actual name it's called spay4la http://www.1888spay4la.org Spay-4-LA the actual shelter was closed but right next to the shelter was a mobile vehicle doing surgeries and such. I had an appointment and I just went to it with a voucher for free surgery for my cat spayed. It was last Sunday at 7:00am March 26th. so if you call them they will answer and I was lucky to get appointment within a week hope that helps but yeah they're in or by the shelter in a mobile vehicle but it still following Corona protocol
At the moment the location is close but they do carry hamsters sometimes. More than you'll expect
Yes, they do have puppies. Some are kept in doors.
You can pay online
Nobody knows for sure when this place will be open again but I suggest that you call the city's number at 311 and talk to them. We don't know for sure when they will reopen here but I suggest you call the city number at 311 for more information. Maybe they give you the address of the town that is on Calle 60 so they can leave their donation there.
If you want to go this place yes ofcourse is so dangerous are many homeless people outside this place !!!😳😳😳
I think its 6 cats or 3 dogs. I have 2 dogs and 2 cats
If possible, take a photo of this baby with you to the reception desk and ask one of the staffers if they have seen your baby. Or take a tour of the kennel area to see if by any chance someone such as an officer has brought her here and she might recognize you when she sees you. I am very sorry about your loss. I hope this helps. Pray to god for guidance and hope for the very best.
That depends on whether or not he was surrendered by his former family. If he was found by an officer or by someone from the general public they will leave him at the shelter for four days not counting the day he was brought in in case somebody has lost him and wants to pick him up and take him home. But if he has been surrendered by his former family he will be put up for adoption after two days have passed since he was dropped off. Go take a tour of the kennel area, write down his ID number and take it from there. You will have to pay around $122 for the services that are perform during the adoption process not for the dog himself. Good luck!
Don't worry you won't pay any late fees.
They might. To be sure go take a tour of the cattery and when you find the cat you are interested in adopting write down the animal ID number, take a picture of him/her or a video if possible. Take this information to the reception desk, fill out the paperwork, pay the adoption fee which is approximately $80 and when he/she is sterilized, vaccinated and microchipped they will let you take him/her home with you. I hope you can find the kitty of your dreams very soon. Good luck!
Yes you can donate cans of food as long as it hasn't been opened because in the past alot of people from the public at large have donated opened cans and bags of food and treats for the sole purpose of poisoning the animals. Thank you so much for your generosity.
Yes you have pay some little money why...they give. Mascotas🐹🐶🐺🐱 whit shoots. Youarewelcome👍
Work those are city employees you could always go to the website of the city of La they have tons of openings for jobs now if you just want to volunteer that's a great way of getting your foot into the door they see that you won't love animals work well with them make an application and sooner or later they'll probably hire you good luck and bless you for thinking of the animals
You could also look up Turtle organizations that are close to you so you could take them directly whether their water turtles or desert turtles both organizations exist
Good morning I was just over at the animal shelter and they've got some really good specials going check and see what's going on on their website they have for Father's Day of puppy dog specials kitten specials take a look and thank you for your kindness
Not an employee or volunteer there, but from what I have read/heard, he would most likely be euthanized. Best to call speak to someone there and explain.
Yes I am pretty sure they have some Chihuahuas for adoption because these institutions have dogs of all sorts of breeds, sizes and personalities. Go take a tour of the kennel area and when you find the dog you are interested in adopting write down his/her identification number, take a photo or a video of him/her if you can. Take this information to the reception desk, fill out the paperwork, pay the adoption fee which is around $122 and when he/she is sterilized, licensed, microchipped and vaccinated he/she will be allowed to go home with you. But perhaps if the baby you have just found is already sterilized you might be allowed to take him/her home with you much faster. I hope you can find the baby of your dreams very soon. Good luck to you.
Give them a call ,probably your best bet :)
Yes they receive dogs but be ready to pay the surrendering fee of approximately $30 and to explain to them why you are abandoning your poor dog after he/she took care of your house and kept you company for so long! You see, a dog is a family member not an old van that you can throw in the junk yard simply because you are tired of paying for its maintenance and because you have just purchase a more modern one at your local honda dealer! Beware because tomorrow you can be the helpless one and your friends and relatives will simply throw you in a nursing home because they will view you as a burden on them! Remember that no good deed goes unpunished! Perhaps that would be god's way of making you pay for your callousness!
If that is the only option for your poor dog you can either take him to a veterinary clinic close to your house and they will charge you around $50 or you can leave him here and pay the surrendering fee which is around $30 and they will take care of the rest. I hope you are not doing this because you don't want to care for him any longer because god could punish you for your cruelty.
16 I believe
Call them
North Central is not a "no kill" shelter as i understand it my dog that i got from there was scheduled to be euthanized when i adopted her. You can adopt animals including puppies and kittens from there however.
Most likely animal control.
I strongly suggest that you call them or go to their website for more information. Or maybe you can enlist the help of a friend or family member to bring you on a van to the shelter so you can pick up this dog and give him a forever home. Pray to god for guidance and hope for the best.
Unfortunately no this is not a no kill shelter! They euthanize the animals supposedly for lack of space or because they are too sick for anyone to want to adopt them!
If your information on the chip is current, they can contact you, or you can call them or go in person. Hope you find your dog!
Well, as far as I know it costs $122.00 to adopt a dog, but you are not paying for the dog himself. In reality you are paying for the services he is getting before coming out of the shelter, which include vaccinations, licensing, microchipping sterilization, and the opportunity to get a free veterinary exam withing 3 days after he comes out of the shelter. If this exam reveals that he has an illness you have to pay out of your pocket to get him treated. If he is already sterilized you can take him home on the same day as far as I know, but if he isn't you have to wait at least 3 days until they sterilize him. Or you can go directly to the shelter or to their website to find out when they are having sales on all the adoptions. October is national adoption month so you might see some adoption sales. Good luck!
They don't offer services to fix dogs, but you can get a coupon for a discount at a participating veterinary office. The coupons are at the front counter.
yes you can. they also have resources to help you keep your dog
Your mother might qualified for a free low cost voucher
Yes. There was one small puppy there close to the entrance to the dog area. BTW, I don't work there. I was just trying to find a good foster for the week.
Yes u can there's always dogs to adopt at any time
I believe you can do that online. Check out the website.
I recommend going to there website go to surrender pet and go from there. Go to there website and click on adopt. Then it will show a few more options click on the "I need to surrender my pet". From there I hope everything goes well and stay strong surrendering a pet is never easy.
Puppies ' am not sure ,but there used to be a fish wrap called the recycler,& pennysaver ..they always had free puppies..the dog pound has abandoned or recqued dogs, runaways, etc.they got some nice dogs, U can likely find some that are under a year.check it out. @ laanimalservices , dogs .looking for a pet, It's got whatever filters u want
Yes u can
Give them a call, or get online and ask, is what I suggest. If they don't answer text me back. I got friends at Real Time Rescue that may have all the answers you need.
The weekend you can walk in. Follow COVID protocols. I just adopted a dog and was impressed with the organization of the staff. What I like her the most is not being handed a clip board having to answer several questions. They asked and imputed it in the computer. (Face it all the info would still have to be transfered in the computer at some point) We were really able to socialize with our dog before making a decision.
Seems like everything is by appointment there and it's mandatory you show proof of vaccination or a neg result from a test no less than 72hrs old. Itook photos of all the signs outside. Zoom in to get more pertinent info.
Yes they have
No they do not euthanize. They do offer dead animal pickup through the Bureau of Sanitation.
I saw things are dropped off outside at the entrance
You can go to the shelter and outside volunteers will help you with information of what to do.
Is open
Yes they take strays
You can check their website to see what animals they have!
Maybe closed tomorrow for holiday. But call , they may come out. You need appt to drop off also
You can set up an appointment to surrender the dog. They'll ask a few questions about the dog and reasoning for surrendering. They ask for ID and you'll sign paperwork. The number they provide on their webiste is actually 311. But 311 can then transfer you to the the actual shelter. Hope this helps.
Open by appointment only. Check their website for dogs available. Just filter your search to appropriate age you're looking for. And call and give them the pet id # of the dog you're interested in.
Yes
No.lol
You would have to call.
You should go in person or call them!
If you are referring to the mobile Spay4LA clinic at that address its 5$ for spay and 10 or 15 for vaccines.
There is a department for such a thing, lost dogs, but that is a long time ago. If they did go there though, it should be on file.
Facilities are closed at this time
I don't believe you do for donations
Im looking for one too a male
I will ask around
Woooow pobresito
That office is closed at the moment. There's a shelter in Pasadena that's open. You should call for hours of operation.
They have the spay - neuter truck in the parking lot. The actual shelter is closed.
This location is closed.
As far as I know, they do not charge you to come to this place to abandon the dog if you found it on the street, but if it is bad, they will charge approximately $ 30 to vote for it. If I were you I would adopt her forever. As far as I know they won't charge you if you found the dog on the street as a stray. But if she is yours they will charge you around $ 30 to come and dump her here. If I were you I would give her a forever home.
Tell the landlord they're service dogs, and keep the poor things.
No they don't do that. I volunteer there.
Try to keep them. Not fair to put them in there.
Keep the poor thing. Seriously. It's sad to leave a dog in there. 🐶
You have to go to the shelter in person to adopt a pet. Once you own the pet it is your responsibility to make arrangements to transport it to Germany which has nothing to do with the shelter anymore. You would need a vet to give you documentation that the animal is ok to be exported to Germany. Germany does not require quarantine, but it does require a recent rabies vaccination, a microchip and a veterinary health certificate. Then you have to travel with the pet back to Germany.
Yes they accept donations
Probably they do because they have all sorts of animals here but go speak to someone from the reception desk to be sure. Be ready to pay the surrendering fee and to explain to them why you are getting rid of your turtle without any mercy. A pet is a family member not an old dress that you can give away or throw away just because you have bought a brand new one at forever 21. Beware because tomorrow you can be the helpless one and others will get rid of you by dumping you in a nursing home because they will view you as nothing more than a liability. No good deed goes unpunished remember that. in other words, god can punish you for your heartlessness.
I am not sure you have to go speak to someone at the front counter! Or you have to pay around $50 to surrender him and they will take care of the rest! A cat is a family member not an old record player that you can just throw in the dumpster because you have bought a more modern kind of radio and you are tired of that relic! He/she has thoughts and feelings just as the rest of us do! Beware because tomorrow you can be the helpless one and others will want to put you up for adoption at a nursing home because they will view you as nothing more than a liability or a burden on them! No good deed goes unpunished and perhaps that will be god's way of making you pay for your selfishness!
Yes go now ...thel the people. You love him so much.and you have a nwe place to live...
Inside front office
You would have to pay around $100 to surrender them and be ready to give them a plausible explanation for doing so in such a callous way. You see, a cat is a family member not and old sweater that you can simply throw in the nearest dumpster simply because you are sick of wearing it or because it is too old and it has become discolored and raggedy. Beware because tomorrow you can suffer a seizure or a massive stroke for instance and become totally helpless. If this happens your friends and family members might simply dump you in the nearest nursing home because you will become a burden on them. No good deed goes unpunished. Remember that what goes around comes around.
Go to the website they have some really good neutering programs going on right now especially for cats I'm not sure about dogs but it is the cheapest I have found plus chipping your pet is so cheap at the animal shelter so do the neutering do the chipping and your set good luck to you honey thank you for being so generous to take care of an animal
The animal shelter is usually for poeple that no longer want. Or can keep their pets. Or an injured animal that needs to be put to sleep to end its suffering. You might want to call their office and ask if they have a Vet on call or at the location..
I think you can inquire via phone or in person.
They will take stray cats
Im not sure on either question. You're best to call or visit during regular business hours, 8a-5p
Your best bet is to call and see if they have any corgis I never seen any but let me tell you sometimes with wonders in there is amazing well-established breeds of dogs don't hesitate to come by and take a look you will find something you'll love I promise you
if the dog is dead or dying I know they could pick it up otherwise if your dog is young and you just tired of it there's a lot of different dog organizations out there that will gladly take your dog but the pound is a no-kill shelter when you take the dog into surrender at you have to pay a fee and show your driver's license and give them a reason that you are surrendering the dog if you put in battery marks the dog will end up being killed but if you give them what the dog likes and what the dog enjoys doing you make it easier for someone else to adopt it because they don't have to learn about the dog they already know something about the dog to help him get another home sorry do not agree with people surrendering dogs Jimmy dogs cats animals are part of the family you never give them up hope this helps
Possibly,I saw a peacock there once.
Yes
You need to talk to the person in charge of people who volunteer and you would need to fill out an application and turn it in to them. After that you would have to go through a short orientation where they will teach you what you will be dealing with and how to deal with it.
I really can't give u an honest answer u have to call them
yes. http://www.laanimalservices.com
Take them to north central animal center 3201 Lacy street LA they will take them and hopefully will be adopted
For many shelters you have to be at least 17 and have a parent's consent iirc. But they might have something in place where you can accompany/shadow one of the other volunteers. You might have to call or send them an email to get the process started.
Yes they do. I found one 2 weeks ago and dropped it off there.
I don't think its free and not quite sure of the current pricing
Call and ask them. I believe they have free vouchers.
Yes
I don't believe they take appointments
I over heard something about $20 a year but I would suggest looking into that
Good question I'm not quite sure
Yes
You can surrender 24 hours a day. If during business hours, just go into office. If not, ring the bell at the gate and someone will come help you. There is some paperwork to fill out, but fairly simple process.
Why would you want to give your dog away that you've had for 18 years? I'm sorry, I just can't imagine how you can have a pet for 18 years and want to drop it off at a shelter and not feel awful for the animal.
No. It would not. Well at least that's what i got told last time i adopted my dog.
Yes.
Call animal control. Dont know the number. I can try and get the number for you.
Yes you can
Yes, but if they had chips or owners bring them for any reason and they have a name they keep using those names. But dogs can get adapted to new names too
Call the cops
What is the question??? It is not clear, what do you want to know ???
Its 10 dollars
Not sure. You have to go check it out for yourself.
I adopted a cat. I don't know about your question.
There was a mini Schnauzer there today. Go in as soon as you can to see if it is still available.
Not a put down shelter
They provide vet services fairly exclusively for the animals they take care of but can connect you with low cost clinics. There is a mobile clinic that makes the rounds of the LA area shelters though! You can inquire when it'll be by this location.
If you can safely transport the animal to the shelter, just let them know where you found it and they will check for a chip and will ask for your ID
Hi. Yeah, you too can be a volunteer. You have to go on the laanimalservices website to find out the orientation date then the shelter closest to you that host orientation . Then you should be on your way.
It's not a pet shop. Steps: 1) Have a family discussion 2 ) Prepare your home 3) Go down there 4) See what they have 5) Make a family decision 6) Fill out the paperwork 7) Pay fees ...which they don't make the homeless do! Yet they walk around with dogs without SHOTS and bit friend! How is that fair or safe!? If their homeless give them free shots and licenses!
Call 311 which also does dead animal removal. ..when they discover a live animal they'll be forced to call animal control immediately. They respond faster through interagency communications because they are tracked for productivity 😉
You have to go to the animal shelter and they will give you all the information you need, if he was adopted once they should have his pictures and all the adoption papers and all the history
This is not the place to deal with those types of accusations.
Contact Best Friends Animal Society and ask for help from their advocacy division. Hopefully they can give you information about your legal rights. Thank you for your compassion towards the cats!
licenses are not that expensive. that is absurd.
Please call the North Central shelter and ask to be transferred to the officers there. Tell them you want to report a severe animal cruelty case. Let them know you believe the animals may be dying and without food for a long time and they should send an officer out. Also call SpcLA. They may be able to follow up with officers to remind them of the situation. It may take a couple of days to get someone out there because that is what happened to me. They have protocol they have to follow. But please don't give up. Keep reminding them. They will eventually go out there.
No you cannot, you have to go to the Animal Hospital on Figueroa,5550 N Figueroa St, Los Angeles, CA 90042 But they are closed today
Yes. I asked about my skns helping but they are under age😕
It is always best to go early and see for yourself. They are very understaffed there and may not respond until it's too late. Good luck!🐶
Call the animal control services on explain to them the situation to them if you see the dog in danger the only one that is going to help that animal is you. You don't have to give your name so you don't get in conflict. Tell them you want to keep it confidential for survival reasons. Just give them the animal descriptions On the address where the animal is. And get a service number so you could check the following days if they serve. Call. Good luck God bless amen.
Oh what to touch and an officer comes out to attend
I am not sure I only take my kitten that died and they do not charge to reduce them and do not ask what other services are there but if they attend you from 8 to 5
You can call animal control and they will help you
If you are minor you need to go with your parents if you are not. You just go to and see what the classes are
Your only allowed to have 3 dogs if you're worried about the tenants safety call Animal Control.
You can get a voucher for free spay, or low cost spay. Call them and see if their clinic is doing on site spay/neuter, I think they put it on hold due to the renovations to the facility.
You can go directly to the shelter and ask if there still some available. Or you can also look up "Amanda Foundation" and they do it for free if you qualify.
Yes
Call the animal shelters around your area
I dont think people at the shelter monitor the questions people ask. You could try your luck and see in person.
I believe that the best thing is to find a good home for the animal or take the animals to the shelter. Because I am got my dog at the shelter.t There is people who are going every day looking for a pet to take home. I liked the 🐕 dog I have now enough to where I came every day to check on her for almost two months. So I more than recommend the North Central Shelter. I give them a 5 🌟 rating for complete services and understanding.
You have to call animal control if you want them to come get it. Or you need to take it to the shelter.

Animal control is correct.
You may adopt a kitten if available. Cats are $76 to adopt, but they usually have a special for cats 4 months and older where it's free. Call to ask.

You can see the animals in their cages but you can't meet the animals until they are clear for adoption. The apron date is on the top right hand side of their card.
Yes. Go by and ask to talk to a volunteer. Lara is super helpful. There's a class you would need before starting. You can ask for the schedule.
Licensing is $20 year. Microchipping, I believe, can be up to $50, but oftentimes it can be discounted to $25.
Yes, you can but you will have to pay around $25.00 and answer some questions such as "Why are you surrendering him?" You see, a pet is a family member not a totalled car that you can just take to the junk yard because you no longer want him. Haven't you thought about how deeply you will hurt his feelings by just getting rid of him after he took care of you and your house for so long, consoled you when you were sad and kept you company for so long? How would you have liked it if your parents had gotten rid of you simply because they got tired of caring for you? Show him a little compassion don't just think of yourself. Not even god views this act of cruelty with favor! If he is euthanized instead of being adopted it will be only your falt and you will carry it in your conscience forever!
