No this institution does a lot of abortions, but if you like you are welcome to visit their cat rooms to see if by any chance you can find one. Sometimes the officers find stray cats with their litters out on the streets just like they do stray dogs. Lets hope for the best, good luck!

I think they said cats over a certain age are free there. Or small fee if younger. Loads of kittens. Go and look around.

My experience was for the animal licensing, which was nothing to really speak about. However they have an assortment of all types of wonderful animals in all ages... Nice to give a animal a loving heart.
