Puppies ' am not sure ,but there used to be a fish wrap called the recycler,& pennysaver ..they always had free puppies..the dog pound has abandoned or recqued dogs,runaways,etc.they got some nice dogs, U can likely find some that are under a year.check it out. @ laanimalservices , dogs .looking for a pet, It's got whatever filters u want
